About me

I love making things and then testing and refining my designs. My intention is to make them beautiful, comfortable to wear and last for years.

HAT MAKING

I started to make hats just so I could have a warm hat to wear throughout the winter. Soon I was making them for friends and family. Eventually I gave hat making workshops. Different hats are good for different temperatures and wind is a factor also. And if you wear a hat throughout the winter you want a hat that feels and looks good!

EARRING MAKING

I made earrings as a kid and sold them to my classmates. In high school, I took a silver-smithing class taught by my best friend's mother. Silver-smithing was wonderful but much harder on the hands!

I like to work on several pairs of earrings at the same time. Sometimes I stumble on a design I like and spread it to other earrings in progress. These earring are very light making them easy to wear. I love working with color, shapes and textures to produce a beautiful and wearable design!

VISUAL JOURNALING

It all began when I found a book called “Visual Journaling: Going Deeper Than Words” by Barbara Ganim and Savanna Fox. And now I have been visual journaling for decades! This practice has helped me so much in finding my soul purpose. I’ve collected my images over time. I find it very interesting to look back and see the messages I got from my inner wisdom.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
